The information we collect

Some of the services we use are based outside the UK, which means your information may be transferred outside the UK. This applies to: Calendly and Google Mail. Where information is transferred outside the UK, the law requires it to be protected by appropriate safeguards, and we use providers that have those safeguards in place.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

• client records: 7 years after last contact;
• billing and financial records: 6 years;
• enquiries that do not lead to us working together: a short period, then deleted.

Your rights

• ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask us to delete your information, or to restrict or object to how we use it, in certain circumstances;
• ask us to transfer your information to another provider, in certain circumstances; and
